We are home!
Unfortunately, our camera battery died after just one picture and the guy taking it cut half of Evie's head of. But the memory will live on...after a long and tedious day Elaina and I cried as we hugged the rest of the family! Sergei gave me roses and had dinner ready. Polly was so excited and Zoya and Elaina took off to play as soon as we walked in the door. This morning the only thing Polly wanted to do was sit next to 'Wevie' and hold her hand.
Evie did very well during the trip. She slept for a while on the plane and laughted as turbulence bounced us around over Lake Michigan.
I am so happy to be home and it was great seeing everyone at church this morning. Altogether I was in Ukraine for just over 7 weeks. Wow, we're really home!
